1. Our Privacy Commitment
FoodVivo Inc. ("FoodVivo", "we", "our") is committed to protecting developer and end-user privacy. We provide B2B nutritional intelligence APIs and strictly minimize personal data retention.
2. Image Retention & Storage Policy
Photos uploaded for meal analysis and nutrition label extraction are stored securely in Cloudflare R2 object storage with automated 30-day lifecycle expiration. We do NOT sell, license, or use customer food images to train public AI foundation models.
3. Telemetry & Audit Logs
We collect API telemetry logs (timestamps, latency, HTTP status codes, and model identifiers) to provide developer dashboard visibility, quota accounting, and rate limiting enforcement. Log data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3.
